چکیده

ABSTRACT In recent times, green technologies have gained space and interest in many industrial sectors. Examples of this are enzymes, which can be obtained by solid-state fermentation using microorganisms agro-industrial residues as substrates. context, study aimed to verify the production hydrolases leading Arthrobacter polychromogenes Streptomyces violaceoruber strains producers influence moisture licuri [Syagrus coronata (Martius) Beccari] wheat The was performed at 28 °C/12 days, with different ratios bran/degreased almond cake: 0/70%, 10/60%, 35/35%, 60/10% 70/0%; peel, set 30%. medium ranged from 29 67%. Licuri peel added facilitate aeration medium; bran is commonly used produce lipases pectinases; degreased cake substrate work, since it inspired extractive semiarid region Brazil. ratio did not affect enzyme A. polychromogenes; however, S. violaceoruber, value significant for lipase but pectinases. prepared 67% equal (35/35%) presented highest enzymatic activities both 840.46 U/gds 15.53 pectinases, during Composite Central Design assays. With validation experiments, verified that substrates actinobacteria evaluated suitable microorganisms.

Production on Tannin Acyl Hydrolase from Pulse Milling By-Products Using Solid State Fermentation

The aim of this work was to utilize Red gram husk as a substrate for tannase production and optimize the Temperature and incubation period of tannase production in solid state fermentation. The maximum production of tannase was found to be 43 U/g/min at 35°C, incubated for 96 h. The tannin content in the substrate was decreased during incubation period. The tannase prepared from Aspergillus nig...

Lipase Production in Solid State Fermentation Using Aspergillus niger: Response Surface Methodology

Among enzymes, lipases have been widely investigated because of the numerous industrial applications. In this study, optimization of lipase production by Aspergillus niger in solid state fermentation from rice bran as solid substrate was investigated. The optimal conditions with the aid of central composite design (CCD) under response surface methodology (RSM) were obtained.  In the analysis of...

Mixed Solid-State Fermentation

A soft-sphere discrete particle model was used to simulate mixing behavior of solid substrate particles in a slow rotating drum for solid-state fermentation. In this approach, forces acting on and subsequent motion of individual particles can be predicted. The (2D) simulations are qualitatively and quantitatively validated by mixing experiments using video and image analysis techniques. It was ...

Solid State Fermentation for Production of Chitosan by Aspergillus Niger

The effect of Solid State Fermentation (SSF) on Chitosan production by A. niger was investigated. A. niger BBRC 20004 from Biochemical and Bioenvironmental Research Centre of Sharif University of Technology (Tehran, Iran), was grown on corn residue. Chitosan was extracted from the fungal mycelia using hot alkaline and acid treatment. A. niger was incubated for 12 days on corn residue with moist...

Xylanase Production under Solid State Fermentation by Aspergillus niger

Central composite orthogonal design was applied to quantify relations  of xylanase production, loss of dry matter and change of pH with four critical variables during solid state fermentation of a mixture of wheat bran and wheat straw on which Aspergillus niger CCUG 33991 was cultivated. The studied variables included the percentage of wheat straw, temperature, moisture content, and fermentati...
